Expanded States of Consciousness Services
Comprehensive Preparation and Integration Support
I provide support for all aspects of Expanded States of Consciouness (ESC) work, including Grof Breathwork. Comprehensive preparation and integration support is essential for all ESC work. Skilled and thorough preparation for any ESC experience provides safety and trust for the client. The degree to which a sense of safety and trust is established will influence how deep the psyche can go. Following an ESC experience, integration is essential. Integration addresses questions such as: What are you going to do with what came up in your experience? How can you best integrate your experience into your everyday life to support the changes you would like to make? What touchstones and/or practices would help you keep alive anything that came up in your experience?
Grof Breathwork
I am a Certified Grof Breathwork/Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, and I am on the facilitation team for the Grof Legacy Project, which offers multi-day Grof Breathwork retreats outside of Santa Fe, NM and at other locations.

Group Offerings
I offer both open and closed groups - the focus of each group is based on the collective demand. Some groups that focus on integrative strategies and tools for expanded states of consciousness work. Some groups are more organic, and the focus evolves with the changing needs of the members of the group.
Nature-based Offerings
Nature has been one of my most powerful teachers. I support experiences that introduce you to the healing potential of nature. These offerings can be done in person or in the form of online consultations.
